REGULAR EXAM & CLEAN
Calculus or tarter is a form of hardened dental plaque, these calcified build-up if not remove by your dental professional in a regular intervals (normally between 6 to 12 months period), can lead to even more build-up and can cause gingivitis (inflammation of the gum), bad breath, periodontitis (gum disease) and may lead to other more serious dental problems.

ROOT CANAL
TREATMENTS
If you had a tooth with a diseased nerve or an infected tooth in the past, most likely outcomes are tooth loss; we can perform a procedure called root canal treatment when the tooth can be saved with a very good successful rate.

This procedure involves one or multiple visits, your dentist removes the affected tooth nerve tissues, the interior of tooth will be cleaned and sealed and the tooth is restored with white filling.
Normally when a tooth has had root canal treatment done it becomes weaker, a crown is then recommended to strengthen and protect the tooth form breaking.
CROWN
A dental crown is a tooth shaped “cap” that is placed over a tooth to restore its shape, size and strength. It is cemented onto a tooth that has been prepared by your dentist.
A crown is indicated where a tooth has become weak due to cracks, wear and tear, and or has been heavily restored, for example after a root canal treatment.
EXTRACTIONS
Sometimes when it is necessary, whether it be a a baby tooth that is preventing an adult tooth from coming through, a tooth is simply too broken down or impacted wisdom tooth/teeth. We can do so in a safe and gentle environment with our highly experienced team.
DENTAL BRIDGE
A dental bridge is a false tooth supported by two teeth on either side of the missing tooth.The dental bridge is permanently cemented onto the supporting teeth (like a crown on either side of the false tooth) and cannot be removed by the patient.
DENTAL IMPLANT
A dental implant is a dental procedure to replace a missing tooth, unlike a denture which are false teeth that are removable.
A dental implant is a piece of metal with a screw shape. It is placed into a jaw where the missing tooth’s roots and artificial tooth or crown is then attached to the metal screw, to fill in the missing tooth’s space.
Dental implant can also be used to hold a dental bridge or denture in place.
